Taylor’s Story

In 2012, we experienced a great loss with the death of our 18-year-old daughter, Taylor Sauer. She was killed in an auto accident in which she was texting and driving. As a family, we have pledged to do everything we can to spread the word about the dangers of texting and driving.

Put it down campaign: Don’t let your send be the end

Our Campaign

Our “Put it Down” campaign has been heard in the Idaho Legislature when working on the current “Hands-Free” law, driver’s education classes, high schools and church groups. To encourage drivers to think twice before picking up their phones, many of our truck trailers have the campaign logo on them. In memory of our Taylor, we will continue to advocate for laws and regulations and use our resources to keep drivers safe.
